Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly from Achieve Best Practice (including physical goods, if any, and services/subscriptions supplied by us).

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund (and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage).

2. Change-of-mind returns

Unless we expressly agree in writing (or state otherwise at the point of sale), we do not offer change-of-mind refunds (for example, if you decide you don’t want the service, ordered the wrong item, or found a cheaper option elsewhere).

If we do offer a change-of-mind return in a specific case, it may be subject to:

a time limit (e.g., 14 days from purchase);

the item being unused and in original condition/packaging; and

proof of purchase.

3. Subscriptions, digital access and setup fees

For software subscriptions, platform access, and other digital services:

once access has been provisioned, we don’t generally provide refunds for unused time unless required by law or explicitly offered in your agreement; and

you may cancel renewal at any time in accordance with your subscription terms (cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior billing periods).

(If you want to offer a goodwill guarantee, add: “14-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers” etc.)

4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (physical goods)

If we supply a physical item (for example, cards, printed materials, or equipment) and it arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

contact us within a reasonable time with photos and order details; and

we will assess and, where required, provide repair/replacement/refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

5. How to request a return or remedy

your name and contact number;

invoice/order number;

description of the issue; and

photos (if applicable).

We may ask you to return the item before processing a remedy. Return shipping costs are handled in line with your statutory rights and the reason for the return.
